I just added an esim so it's the same number on both, is there a way I can use either the esim or solid Sim and make a parallel subscription with a different number but keep the original?
I tried looking in the questions and finding that option on the website and app.
Thanks

@Rossa what you meant by that?
for esim, it will create the esim when you register the new account and subscribe Remember, with the new account, you use another email to register a new account, so make sure your PM app is fully logged out if you have already installed
Also, if you are porting in a phone number on this new account with esim, the phone number step is after payment. You will get a chance to put in the number information. Please make sure the number with the other account is active and provide the account number of the old provider instead of IMEI when asked the porting number informatoin

Thanks! This seems to be the answer I'm looking for, just to confirm after having my Sim fully integrated into the esim, I would create a new account and re-register using the sold Sims pin number?

PM system is one email for one account/phone number.
So, if you want another PM account with a different phone number, you will have to use another email address to create a new account. If you are setting up esim, make sure you download the PM app on your phone and the subscription would install the esim. If you have the PM app on the phone with your old account, please make sure you fully logged out from the PM app, then use another email address to start the new subscription

"You can however have two different phone numbers / accounts one on eSIM and the other on physical sim on one phone"
Yes this is what I'm asking, my original number was on the solid Sim and I just bought an esim yesterday (all with public mobile), I can't seem to find an option to add a new number? Any help would be amazing

you cannot have the same number on 2 sim cards
if you phone support dual sims, you can have 2 sim active at the same time. But please note when using dual sims, most phones only allow 1 esim and 1 physical sim active at the same time. Only high ends and more recent phones allow dual esim acitve at the same time, some models supports dual esims are iPhone 13 and newer, Samsung S24 and newer, Pixel 7 and newer.

@Rossa No you can only have one number on either or you can’t have same number on both eSIM and physical sim . You can however have two different phone numbers / accounts one on eSIM and the other on physical sim on one phone
