I tried to log into my account and my password didn't work. I tried to reset the password and the email with the digits to reset my password never arrived. Also, I ordered a sim card 15 days ago and it never arrived. This service is lousy. So I ask for my money back and I will activate a plan with another provider.

The SIM will take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on where you live.
What was wrong with the first SIM?

You could pay by voucher. You can enter it in through 611. You can use real time payments in some stores. But I assume you don't have a working sim so there's not much else you can do.

Most of us had no problem getting started with Public Mobile. The service doesn’t seem to suck for the rest of us… maybe it’s just you. You don’t have a SIM card yet so why would you want your money back?

check the update browser, open incognito mode,clear cache,cookie. try again
open a ticket with PM CS_Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. ask them to check your order
type: Contact Us and Other
Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

check inbox(top right corner envelope icon) for response from CS_Agent.
