Every time I type in the number of my newly recieved SIM card for registration, the website shows that 'The format of your SIM is not valid.'
Could anyone please tell me what ought I to do?

@Lyuh1945 Two possible scenarios:
1. Your first attempt to activate your sim was not completed due to an error. In this case you need to wait for the session lock to expire usually it takes an hour to clear.
2. You card has already been activated. In this case insert your sim card in your phone and see if you can connect to PM's network.
Note: if this card was previously activated and the account has been terminated it cannot be reused.

The website has accepted it though.
Thank you for the reply anyway.

@Lyuh1945Is it a Public Mobile SIM? It should be 19 digits.
