I just bought a SIM card from Public mobile BUT I can't phone because the message is

carte SIM avec verrrouillage réseau insérée

and then

Code NIP de déverrouillage de réseau SIM

samsung S7 (with Bell before)

Please help me.

You do not need to have a Bell account to unlock a Bell phone. Chat here, have IMEI number ready.  https://support.bell.ca/Contact-us

@Elle  Either that or phone bellntheyvare obligated by the WCC to provide the unlocking code for your phone. If it's been awhile since you've been with them you should have your account # with you.

If you have a locked phone...youu'll need to call Samsung Customer service or their on-line support to get an unlock code before your sim can activate here.
