When I signed up for public at store I must not have gotten the email address signed up properly. How do I get my rewards points added to a new email account and sign up a new email account?

You must have activated the SIM awhile back because store activation is no longer offered.
Contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.

Self-serving account and Community emails have to be identical in order to receive Community rewards. For all other rewards, it does not matter.
See which site has correct email and sync it.

edit: If you need to change the email on your community account and settings. You can change your email by yourself there. To be eligible for any community rewards requires that you have the same email address for both self serve and community accounts.
edit: oops, sorry I forgot say how to change the community account email. Click your avatar top right, select settings and then change the email (if needed) that appears there or add one if you haven't to date.
