Hello,
I need to set up another account for my mom's phone and I'm having difficulty with that. Can I add her to my account or do I need to set one up for her separately?

@nehe Unless you mom will manage troubleshooting herself, set up her account with an email address that you can receive.

You can only setup one number to one account so this means one account per one email address.
If your mom doesn’t have an email address, you will need to create one for her but you can make monthly payment with your CC if you wish.

You cannot add your mom to your account. Each PM account is independent and require unique email to create.
You CAN use same credit card for both accounts.
What kind of issues you have creating account? Do you already have SIM?
Did you try different browser?

Each phone number is a stand alone account.

Morning @nehe you need a different email address to activate the new account. There is no family account here for easy management 😞

A separate email is required per account. You could make an alias email address to your main email and then you would get all emails relating to your PM accounts in your in-box.
