I added Canada wide talk booster 500 and it isnt showing up in my account as an add on. I have a receipt for it so I know I paid for it. I assumed this would give me 500 Canada wide minutes. Was I mistaken? Thanks for any help I can get.

Your welcome. It should have worked right away but with the glitchy new self serve accounts who knows? Hopefully they get the wrinkles ironed out soon.

hi. thanks for your reply. yes I am out of minutes. that is why i bought the add on. i restarted my phone as you said, and it worked! but i tried that a few times yesterday and it didnt work, so maybe it takes quite a bit of time. either way, thank you very much

Are you out of minutes? Reboot your phone and make a phone call. Does it connect? If so then you if cannot see the add on in your account its due to a glitch currently affecting some users accounts.

Use another device or browser. Maybe click the little spinner refresh button lower down under the add-ons list. Don't re-buy it if you see it in your payment history.

can tried rebooting device,
go to your account do you see that amount at Available Fund,
if yes then go rebuy it again.
if still not see it contact support team by CS_Agent
