I used to receive plan renewal text messages thanking me for renewing my subscription, and I used this to reset my cellular data usage so I know how much I'm using each cycle. However, it seems that since May, I haven't received any of these messages anymore and am wondering how I can turn these notifications back on? Thanks

PM stopped sending payment text early this year. You need to check on your app or online now for the renewal date.

If you are on autopay or have enough in your Available Funds to cover your renewal you currently will not receive a notifications. However, if you have insufficient funds you will receive a notification.

Unfortunately this has been a missing feature since the changes to EverSafe ID we're made.
At the moment, there is not a way to enable the feature. We can only hope Public Mobile brings it back since it was a very helpful and I also miss it.
