Hi. All the texts I get from Public Mobile for alerts, updates, etc are in french. How can I change these to english?

It has always been in French. I think I accidentally selected French during activation.

That is the one I found as well.
I find it odd that they wouldn't have an option for language preferences but I guess they figure that shouldn't change?

This is the first time this question has been asked that I am aware of. Anyway, I did a search and this thread popped up. It looks like you need to ask the moderator team to reset the language preference. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. I would imagine there is a way to change this in your profile settings but I don't see it. You may need to contact a mod
