I am unable to send and receive texts. I have an iPhone, looks like a common issue here on the forum! I’m also concerned about the amount of people saying their US service doesn’t work as my partner lives in the states that’s the whole reason why I got this plan in the first place.

I am yes! I have submitted a ticket and am messaging an agent. It’s been in an incredibly slow and frustrating process so far and I still can’t send or receive texts yet. I appreciate the response!

As to Us roaming, many tried and worked. Only thing to remember is to turn in roaming and try manually connect to T-Mobile and AT&T, and use LTE and not 5G
