Np Access to subscription information in my account

Hello I need urgent assistance.
My account is not providing me access to my subscription information. I have to upgrade to include calls and texts from the US by COB Wednesday and unable to access it.  I also want to check my subscription - as apparently the fee I am paying is more expensive than what is offered today. What I see is the masthead of public mobile and I am not able to get into my account. i wanted to check rewards as well and not able to get in.  It seems that the automated platform is not getting easier to manage - something is very very wrong!  please respond asap. I need someone to call me asap!

use your cell to dial 611 to hear current plan status. You can pay that way too, but you'd need your PM pin number.

@JEMr - If you are talking about Canada-US plans - there is no Canada us plans at the moment to get - if you already have one - you will stay on it.
