Issue solved - everything is working! It was an issue with transferring my number. Thank you for your suggestions - appreciate the offer to assist!

Are you able to make calls or receive them? Does your phone up top say Public Mobile or SOS? Did you port over from another service provider? Have you tried rebooting your phone? Have you tried placing your SIM card into a different phone? Give all these a try. Come back and share more info with us.
