Hi,
My MMS is not working. I have an iPhone 11pro. I read that an agent can help me re-provision? Not sure what that is but any help would be appreciated!
Tried reset, airplane, even bought a new e sim 🥲

you sure you were not sending iMessage? did you turn on send Text Message?
before asking agent help, make sure your iOS is updated and you have the latest Carrier profile
and if that does not fixed the issue, a quick way to force a reprovision yourself is to put your PM sim card in another phone and test, then put it back to the original phone
