Text and data issues

I have 2 issues 

1. My text works to in province numbers but not out of province Canadian numbers or my wife’s American number.

2. I purchased a 200mb add on when my data ran out and then my maps and internet started working again but messenger, Facebook SoundCloud and all other apps won’t work

Did you setup data restriction on your phone when over limited.

Hi there thanks for the help. I tried all that but no success. I just started my next month of billing and everything is working fine now. Not too sure what the deal was.

Strange. Is your account new? Are you transferring a number from another carrier?

Try rebooting the phones, and a simple test of swapping the SIM cards between the phones.
