transfered from Bell 2 days ago, after contacting an agent at Public mobile, I still can NOT send or receive text messages.
It's becoming frustrating and time consuming.

@Faubs if you're on iphone try this,
Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If not contact CS Agent at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 to have them look into for you.
