@Jack114 If you want to transfer your phone number to another provider your Public Mobile account needs to be still active until the transfer is done, otherwise you will lose your current phone number.

@Jack114 one way is to port your number out , or you can just turn off auto subscribe
Turn auto subscribe off/on
And lastly you can get support to remove credit card info from the account right away
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
