Temporarily suspend the account ,paying minimum fee to keep the number

Hi team,

I am curently travelling to another country for three months. Is it possible to temporarily suspend this account but keep the number paying a minimum fee?.

@tonykung You can purposely not pay for the next renewal.  That was cause the service to stop working, but you will need to remember to resume your service within 90 days or else you will lose your phone number and your account will get closed out.

You can suspend your account for less than 90 days...after that you will loose everything your account and phone number...to suspend just disable autopay and your credit card. If you have available funds you can put your number on LOST/STOLEN in your account in plan/adds-on and when you will be back just click on find your phone again...be careful LESS than 90 days...

what is the current status of your phone? active or suspended. what plan do you have? and do you want to keep it when you return or are you fine with a current in market plan.

if suspended you have 90 days to renew.( I would renew at day 85).  

If you want to keep your plan then you need to renew with your existing plan.  If you are fine with in market plans renew the 10$ plan and then you get another 30+90 days.  once you return you can do an mmidiate plan chnage.

You can switch to the $10/month plan and pay manually once every 85 days, your account will remain open for 90 after your service stops. Don't leave funds in the account and remove any credit card info to stop autopay. Just let payment lapse after every 30 days that you pay for, you won't be charged anything for not renewing service.
