Hi everyone,
Under normal circumstances, I receive my referral points between the 8th and 10th of each month. However, I took an overseas vacation during March and April and had to temporarily suspend my subscription for two months.
Upon my return, I observed that I did not receive the usual 5 referral points for this month. I am concerned about whether the suspension of my account has led to the loss of my referral bonus.
I would appreciate your assistance in clarifying this matter.

Thanks for your help. I resumed my service on April 25th and everything is working perfectly fine.
I have sent CS Agent a ticket. Hopefully they'll look into it.

you were already on Public Points before?
first, PM has 30 days cycle, your renewal date won't be always 8th or 10th
and your service works? when was it last renewed? Check My Account payment page first. Then go to My Rewards page and check the transactions there
if you think really PM missed the points, ask them to check. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
