I got a pop up message today saying lte disabled by telus. Now the lte icon is gone from my phone. I tried turning it off and there are no outages here. How to fix this?

@softech @Sansan @hairbag1 In one of the other threads on this a customer reported the same thing yesterday while they are roaming in the US. So somehow it is determined by Telus/PM even when a customer is connected to a US carrier. Unless, I suppose, there is somehow a general issue in both countries.

I've seen a few people saying it was automatically fixed after a reboot. Not sure if will be the same for you..

someone got it fixed after a device reboot, maybe try once more
if you can, change the phone to 3G and test voice calls. And try to change to back to 4G (with another reboot) tomorrow morning
