Still can't get sms texts, but everthing else works

Hello, I just swtiched from rogers to Public mobile. I called rogers and telus and they got me moved over yesteday. I can get calls and data works fine.... BUT I can't get sms texts to my phone.  I have restarted, turned on the rogers sim (which is now disabled and nothing happens), turned on and off the PM esim, tested multiple times with family member.  How can I resolve this?

Yes, if only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation.   Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem.  And with the SMS problem, it will affect account verification.   PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.   

Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

  • If you are on a physical SIM, please try popping it out of your SIM tray and insert it into another device to re-provision.
  • If you are on eSIM, please contact CS_Agent for re-provisioning your eSIM:
