Public Mobile does not hire customer call centre representatives, but instead provides a community forum and the ability to submit support tickets to resolve question and issues to provide affordable prices.

While you are contacting CSA to take care of your issue, If it a service or device issue, try posting it here so we can suggest a solution as well, if it account issue, contact support agents is the best way.

@Janogler Haha, we are bunch of guys and gals like to talk to people and hence we stopping you to call PM Support
On the other hand, PM support does not like talking, they just like to see tickets (they probably make money from collecting them)
To open ticket with PM click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
- type: Contact CS Agent
- Click "Contact Us"
- Click "Other"
- Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Pick up your phone and start dialing friends and family.
Choose their contact name in the list and dial.
