Yes i can recieve calls. I cannot remove the number, i delete the number but it wont save without a number inputted.

can you receive calls?
make sure your Carrier profile is updated
then go to Settings, Phone , My Number and remove the phone number.
reboot phone and go back to Settings, Phone , My Number and add your phone number again to reregister iMessage

make sure you removed the old carrier sim card and disable old carrier esim
then make sure PM sim is enabled and set as Primary, Reboot your phone and click Reset network settings and test again
if same, please tell us if you have an Android or iPhone
