Real quick - I am in the middle of an activation and I have 2 lines on my TELUS account and concerned because the authorization suggests that the TELUS account will be cancelled. I do not know if anyone has did a partial (ie. Test) of switching to Public and whether only the chosen line will be cancelled and not the account.

Thanks so much! I acknowledged my approval in the Public app now awaiting the text from TELUS. The Public group might want to reword this part of the process because it sounds very ominous

Yes, only the chose line will be canceled. The other line and account will still be fine.
