Switching to Promo Plan - lose Rewards?

Hi All,

I've been with public for 5+ years and am still on a grandfathered loyalty rewards system for $5 off each month + freind referal bonuses. I received a text offering 20GB for $35/month. If I reply YES to switch to this, will I lose my rewards or be forced to switch to Public Points?

Also, the promotion states "Get 20GB of 4G speed data for only $35/month". It does not say anything about talk or text, so is this simply a $35 data add-on each month or will this switch my plan over to the new one (I am on the $25/1GB at 3G speed plan).

No problemo...you'll be fine and nothing will change.

@eschilha  Just reply YES to the text and it will change to that plan on your next renewal date . And you will keep you old rewards I can confirm I just changed plans and kept my old rewards have a peek
