Hi Moderator,
I got a promotion text from public mobile for changing the plan to 20 GB 4G plan for $35 and I accepted it. But after renewal the new plan is still not in effect. Could you check why? My number is ###-###-####,
Thanks in advance

@softech well that's disappointing.

sorry no 😞
this round of promo offer is targeted offer only for selected customers. If you don't get any text, then you are not part of it

Is this offered to everyone? I'm paying $39 for 20GB

@RenuLukose !if you replied YES to the text offer it should change to the new plan on your renewal. Date .if today is your renewal day it’s possible the system hasn’t fully updated yet . But try this first
Try again incognito/private mode
And or lap top /computer
OR
simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
For most up to date account info
also was the charge amount the correct amount of the new plan . If not please submit ticket with support to investigate for you

@RenuLukose with a YES reply, the system will only schedule the plan change on next renewal, you just got the plan renewed last night? Try to login My Account using Incognito mode and check the plan details once more, and check Payment history page and see if PM charged you the new or old plan price
If only the old plan was renewed, please message support to follow up:
