I was on US/CANADA $50 plan and expiration date is Aug 31st, early this month after I came back from US, I setup upcoming prescprition to $39 plan and starts on renew date(Aug 31th), but when I login my account today, the overview page shows "Your services are on hold" and aks for pay now to resume service, isn't my new upcoming subscription suppose to kick in today ? so far I haven't seen credit card charge

@mlin0121 Don't pay any attention to that. Plan change or not, every month when your plan auto renews it shows that message. As long as you have auto pay setup and your services are still working, ignore it. By morning it'll look normal.

Don't touch anything. See what happens by say noon tomorrow. Renewals take a long time to process.
Adding - as long as your services keep working (and they should)
