Switching Plans

Hello, I just signed up $34 20G 4G plan, the next day your 5G plan for the same price came out, can I switch to the 5G plan now or I have to wait for renewal date? If I can switch it now, since it is the same price, am I paying any additional cost?

Be aware the $34/20GB@5G plan comes with unlimited data, so if you use the full 20GB you will continue at superslow speeds. You will not be able to buy a Data Add-On, you will be stuck at 0.5Mbps until the end of your billing cycle (or maybe you can get an Agent to renew early, or renew early yourself on a different plan).

With the 4G plan 20GB is a hard limit, so if you do run out, you can buy a Data Add-On to get through to end of your billing cycle.

Schedule a plan change on your next renewal date. Do not do an immediate plan change..you will not get any credit for your current plan.

Change on renewal date otherwise you're going to have to pay again.
