I never got my discount on my last bill and no points for the previous month. Now my bill jumped up just over $10.00 now.

No more monetary rewards!

No more loyalty nor autopay monetary credit every 30 days. Now you get 5% off your bill back in points, 10 points at anniversary and 1 point for every referral. If you participate in Community few more points could be awarded.

When you collect 15+ points you have to manually convert them to $15, it will not be automatic applied toward your bill.

Starting in May, Public mobile is transition all legacy rewards customers over to the new points system.  Did you not receive the text or email from Public mobile that was send to all affected customers in March and April?

With the transition, you lost your $2/month autopay and up to $5/month loyalty rewards unfortunately.

Here is the announcement:

It is a mandatory switch, so the migration can not be stopped or reversed.

If you login into your self service account and your rewards section, you should see you referral points and a welcome 5 points.  Once you get 15 points, you can redeem for $15 credit.  Unfortunately, you will be charged plan amounts without the monthly discounts going forward.

Everybody has been migrated to the Public Points program. Now you pay full price and get a measly points program in return that you must login to redeem in 15pt=$15 bill credits.

Edit: See here for more info.
