What does it take to get support from this company. I've submitted a ticket and its been 36 hrs now.

Only oracles and Public Mobile staff who tag or escalate an issue will get the attention of CSA_PM.  This is by design to filter requests. Members generally shouldn't be tagging CSA_PM.

it'd always advisable to pose your question here, in the Community Forum. The forum is made up with customers like you and me and usually can help resolve your concern within minutes. If we can't, then we'll invite you to message Customer Support for their help.

There have been several complaints here over the last 5 days of CS Agents not returning tickets being put in. Not sure what's going on but if there is an issue, they should say something in the Announcement section.

I'd suggest you go to your sent box and reply with the words FOLLOW UP.
