Just tried logging in with cell phone it says Subscription not activated... im sorry this is not working..... what can we do here now?

did you just activate?  the service does not work?  esim or physical sim?

  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@kimmy45  Have you downloaded the app ? You need the app to activate not website , if your using app and still no luck and already charged please 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
