I received an email that my payment for the plan Im subscribed to hasn’t gone through. It’s puzzling because I checked my bank account and saw the payment had been taken.

I also got this email! Checked my bank too, and even my PM account, all payment seems to have been made. I think it was just an error.

This seems to be a common issue today with members renewal date today.

Assuming that your service works, ignore the message as Public Mobile has sent it by mistake to several customers.
