US calling

I'm in the US and I can't receive incoming calls. I've tried the APN setting edits, T-Mobile and AT&T network manual selecting and I can get calls going out with T-Mobile selection but can't receive any incoming calls. My data and texts work, but so frustrating that I can't receive calls. Any help!?

What phone do you have? It needs to be on Public Mobile's VoLTE whitelist to be able to make phone calls because the US shut their 3G networks down.

Failing that you'd need to try and find a 2G T-Mobile connection.

If dont have VoLTE enable phone then download a VOIP app such as TEXTNOW and use that to make calls.  You will have different # but you would be able to make calls

Please make no further attempts at changing APN settings. APN settings do not have any effect on the ability to receive phone calls.  While using your Public Mobile service in Canada, do you receive VoLTE service?  If you don't, you'll be unlikely to receive reliable voice service in the US since there is no 3g network there.
