I was billed 75$ today. I did not change my subscription nor is there a 75 subscription.  I tried to edit it back to my 29$ selection and cannot complete. 
please adjust my payment of 75$ to my selected 29!!

what is your current plan?

it looks like you are on $75 60GB 90 days plan.

@3girlsnielsen  there is no $75 plan now, unless you had it from before

check with PM, use Chatbot to open ticket.  click on the Chatbot icon on the lower right

login to My Account and check the Plan details, what plan it shows?  And did it show the $75 charges on Payment History?  Can you post us screenshots?

don't change the plan back yourself, ask support agent to check what was wrong.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
