How do I fix my subscription if it didn’t go through,after payment was made

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

If your card has been charged but you still have no service, contact agent for assistance.

Open a Ticket through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
