I moved to Public Mobile on the 29th of February this year. The next couple of months my automated payment was on the 29th of the month. Then the 28th for a couple of months. Then the 27th and now it’s the 26th. If this keeps up I will eventually be paying an extra month. Anyone else have this happen? Should I be opening a ticket? I know it’s only 3 days so far but to me I have lost 3 days of service I have paid for.

the renewal dates were all right. As you can see they are 30 days because PM has a 30 days cycle and not monhtly

the renewal changed because PM is the only carrier that does not use a monthly cycle. it has a 30 days cycle. That's why the renewal date will be up 1 day after a 31 days month or will move the other way for couple days after February .

@lunnenlen Yes the date will change often as PM is every 30 days / 90 days not monthly
