Hi,
I just bought a new pan and tried to transfer my current phone number and activate the subscription. Got an error Message, that the subscription is not activated. Logik also didn’t work after that error message, to get support

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
