Subscription change

My subscription was supposed to change from 10g to 40g on my renewal date Sept 1 but it didn't.  My payment came out yesterday and I'm worried if I renew it now I'll get charged twice.

I have messaged an hour ago and haven't heard back yet

do NOT change your plan yourself now.  The system will charge you again

Please message support and check if they can help to make the plan change on the system for you

log in to hyour account on a laptop...

After that, it should show you your current plan.

The payment will be the same. That's why we took advantage of the great offer.

it might be just browser cache problem and hence you are not seeing the new plan.  Please login My Account once more but using Incognito mode and see if it shows the new Plan.  Also check your Payment history page and confirm how much PM took from you (new plan charge or the old one)

If it really renewed the wrong plan, don't wait, message support and they might be able to help still:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
