After payment "Subscription Not Activated" (step 6 of 6). Can not sign into My Account (get blank page/screen) for help. Cleared browser cache/data/cookies/history and rebooted twice with no change in issue.

I also used the app for my activation and it didn’t work. I tried to sign in to submit a ticket and I just get a blank screen no matter how long I leave it to load (have left it for like 20 mins on one try) I have attached a photo of the screen I get.

Quick update for others who might experience a similar problem joining Public Mobile. Resolving this issue required direct assistance from a CS Agent, I don't think it's possible to resolve by yourself.

I tried using both app (first) followed by website. I seem to be stuck in some kind of endless loop... can't login, must login to get support.

The really weird thing about using Public Mobile is you do the first part of signing up online and then finish it up on the app. It's kind of stupid but it's the way it is here. And the fact they don't tell anyone that is how it is. But alas. This is how we commoners save money.

you didn't use the app did you?
after the payment, you sure download the app on your phone and continue the activation using the app.
