my husband subscribed each of our phones yesterday the 12 Feb. but my phone does not call out. My husband Derek’s phone still says it is under our old company, Roger’s.

HI @Chris126 

for both your phones, make sure the old sim card (Rogers) is removed.  Or the Rogers sim is esim, disable it (don't delete yet)

then reboot the phone , go back to the Sim card manager or Settings->Cellular to confirm only Public Mobile sim is there, and Reset Networks Settings and test

If that does not work , and if you have physical sim card, try the sim on another phone

if  still unable to connect to PM network or unable to call, ask PM support agent to check, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
