Hello, I am trying to subscribe and it keep saying I have the wrong postal and it doesn't match my billing address, however i have not input my address yet, how do I get around this?

@Kirst , Public Mobile uses a location system for the postal code entry. You cannot freehand the input, it has to verify it. Be sure that location permission is enabled. I find updating the address on the mobile app with location permission enabled to be the most reliable.

This website is glitchy.
Might want to try with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or you could try on a different device or the PM app itself
