I activated my phone yesterday and did text YES when asked by Virgin if I wanted to port my number. My eSim is toggled on and shows Public Mobile as my provider and shows my number that was to be ported to this phone. When I try to submit a ticket it asks for the Sim number and says if using an eSim to type "N/A" but the input field will only accept numeric input. The submit button at the bottom is greyed out, I assume because it says that all fields must be answered to submit a ticket.
My phone works for calls and data but if I try phoning my number from another phone I get a recording that it is no longer in service.
Is there some way to submit a porting ticket, ie: some number that I can enter into Sim number field?

Called the number (twice) and the last person said that her info show that the port was completed successfully. I am still unable to dial in from another phone - get the recording - but she was able to give me a sim number to use so I could submit a ticket. We will see how that goes

Yes, it looks like the your port is stuck. There is actually the phone number for the Telus porting team. I will private message you that number. Only used for porting issues.
