Has payment been taken yet? Technically your plan change will not occur until payment for the new plan is taken then your plan details will update in your account and your data counter will be reset with the new data bucket. Check back after noon eastern once you get the "your plan has successfully renewed" text.
Oh and use secret/incognito mode when logging in as mentioned by @Metal1967 .
