I recently got a new phone for a friend. I bought a pm sim card for her. Her new phone can make calls but cannot receive any calls.

Did she transfer (port) her number?
If Yes, did she follow exact porting instructions? Both accounts have to be active, old SIM in a phone, reply Yes within 90 min.

@Tunku did you try to port in a number from another provider? If so, did she receive a text from the old provider and approved the porting?
A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If she are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card and can only make outgoing calls, then she might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for her. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox. Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
