Stuck in login loop trying to set up new account/ phone/sim

I have a new account, new SIM, new phone and yet can't get logged in to my account to complete the activation or even request a trouble ticket. I am in a perpetual loop of inputting my info, then the code that is sent and then if all just goes around and around. This also happened with my wife's phone that we just did the same for. So frustrating. Now I'm locked out of my account for too many attempts!

I did just reinstall the app this morning and try again. I've done as you suggested and sent a private chat. We just had this entire same issue with my wife's phone setup. It has taken days. Thank you. At least now I am in touch with an agent so that is step 1.

@PapaDon  have you downloaded  the new PM app to finish the activation . ? But to submit ticket with support you can use this direct link to them
