My phone got stolen how can I transfer my es to my new device @Rav2

Get your phone Blacklisted so it can’t be used. 
Login to your phone account and search on Find My to see where it is.

Login to your account and Click on Lost/Stolen phone.

Buy a new SIM from a Telus/Koodo store or Amazon then replace the SIM card number once you get the SIM and new phone in the Profile section.

@Rav2  Call around to Telus Koodo store for a pm SIM card or Oder one from Amazon . Also if your phone supports eSIM you can buy it for $5 from the app and download and install it . Or get support to help you with either options
