Hello @J_jim , You can switch from eSIM to a physical (card) SIM. You will need to purchase a new PM SIM card at a retail location, by mail, or Amazon. Once received, you will access your online account and change the SIM by entering the new physical SIM card number in the SIM change field. I've included some links to assist you:
