My phone was stolen today and my sim card was in it, so I bought a new sim card and I am wanting to keep the same number, but I don't know how to do this because I do not have my sim card. What should I do?

The OP already has a new sim card.
As long as you have access to your email used for your self serve account you can swap sim cards yourself. If you don't have access to your email hop, hop, hop quick like a bunny and send a private message or submit a support ticket via SIMon before customer support closes for the day in a couple of minutes.
Edit to add:
To contact customer support : Submit a support ticket via SIMon the chat bot Click here
Or if you cannot submit a ticket via SIMon then Click here ....for additional member supplied info.

First login to My Account and put your phone on Lost/Stolen.
ogin to My Account.
Go to Plan and Add-ons Tab and click on Lost/Stolen Phone to Suspend the service.
You can get a new sim card from store. (Do not buy it from PM online, it could take 3 weeks for them to ship)
once you got the SIM , login to My Account to take the phone off Lost/Stolen
Log back in My Account, go back to Plan and Add-ons Tab, click on Lost/Stolen Phone, then Resume/Reactivate Service.
then go back to Overview Tab and click Change SIM card and select use email to receive 2FA code
