not accepting updated credit card

My credit card expired and account expired TODAY. I'm trying to make a payment with new credit card.  I'm trying to update card but it keeps telling me "cannot process at this time, try back later.   why is that ?  Phone won't allow me to make calls.

try using browser with  Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser

or try using Public Mobile app and allow Location first

if you need resume service first, buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load using *611
