Still says SOS

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I was chatting with someone yesterday and haven't heard back. My new sim card in my Iphone x won't work. It still says SOS after a fair amount of trouble shooting. What do I do next?

we are just Community members here and cannot help much with that.  But did you try your sim card on another phone?  It could be a device problem

Please reply CS_agent via your Community inbox and continue working with them for a solution.  You might want to push them to allow , and reimburse, you to buy another sim card to try as this current one might be defective)
