Agents have not been able to help me with either problem. What to do now? How do I even cancel with P.M if I can't log into my account?? Cancel my credit card?

Is your issue "solved"?
Did you adjust your APN settings as per your first post a few days ago?
You can cancel your PM account by porting your number to another mobile company. Once you port out, your PM account will be permanently closed.

@Miri2 - That's one way.
But please don't issue a chargeback. It will designate you as a non paying customer and will have issues if going to TELUS or Koodo or Public next time.
I don't really know what is happening with your SIM card with MMS not working and not being able to access my account. But wait... oh wait, never mind. I was going to use *611 to disable autopay or 1-855-4PUBLIC.

With the login problem, really agent is the only one can help if there is an account problem. what you can try is to login from app or login from browser using another devices or computers
and the MMS, what phone do you have ? some older phones have that issue lately. You can try to fix it by using Reset All Networks
And for cancel credit card, you want to update the account with a new card?
